At Vital Therapy USA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been opened or used
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided when you contact us. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
